However, these jars are not suitable for microwave cooking.

The large formats are perfect for fermentation, while the smaller capacities are ideal for serving and storing original desserts and finger foods. It is recommended to remove the metal ring and gasket before placing the glass in the dishwasher and microwave. The seal should be washed by hand without detergents and should not come in contact with 100% fat foods.
